Refund policy

At Konnekting, your satisfaction is our priority. However, we kindly ask you to note the following:

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are strictly limited to cases of missing or damaged products received through shipping.

An unboxing video is mandatory to validate any claim. The video must clearly show the package being opened and the damage or missing item.

All damage or missing item reports must be submitted on the same day of delivery. We are unable to process exchange requests made after 24 hours from delivery.

In the case of verified damage or missing items (with video proof), we will promptly arrange an exchange and send a replacement product.

Refunds are not issued unless the product is out of stock for more than 20 days from the date we receive the damaged product back.

Cancellation Policy:

Konnekting reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in circumstances where the order cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen issues or limitations.

In such cases, we will ensure that any cancellation is communicated promptly, and if applicable, a refund will be processed in a reasonable timeframe.

If you wish to cancel your order, whether before or after receiving the order confirmation, please contact us before the order is dispatched by either:

Be sure to include your ORDER No. and the reason for cancellation in your message.

Important: Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped.

Terms for Cash On Delivery Orders:

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. All orders must be prepaid.
